My 5 year old son and s having dysentery with mucous and the doctor said viral infection but didn't give any antibiotics. I am scared and worried. Could we give oflox oz syrup? It's written in the bottle that this medicine could cause low blood sugar levels and brain health related aide effects but I am worried about the infection too? Please advice
