Why is blood in urine with thickened bladder wall?

Blood is coming in urine which earlier also happened Did sonography and it shows Bladder wall appears mildly thickened measures 4.5 mm. Internal echoes and sediments are noted in urinary bladder. Prostate is normal in size and it measures 3.5 x 2.6 x 4.0 cms (Weight - 19 gms). Prevoid volume bladder is 260 cc. Residual urine is seen in the post void bladder is 57 cc. Please advice

You may be suffering from cystitis, which means the bladder has inflamed. It may happen that blood will show in the urine. The thickening of the wall of the bladder and the presence of sediments are indications of this. The residual urine left in the bladder after urination may also be causing issues. Drinking plenty of water and taking prescribed medication can improve this condition. However, your urologist is the best source of information on your treatment plan.

Start doing brisk walk or running or cardio exercises for at least 30 min a day. Start doing yoga, pranayama, meditation, Vajroli mudra. Ashwini mudra, kegel exercise for at least 30 min a day.

Start taking hot milk twice a day.

2-3 dates in the morning and in the night with milk.
