Could I be pregnant after 13 weeks without ejaculation?

Hello please help me. I have done anal intercourse with no ejaculation but just a penetration. I doubt about pregnancy. The intercourse happened on oct 24th and I have done ultrasound scan at a clinic with both abdomen and transvaginal scans by a doctor at a clinic and no pregnancy is identified. If pregnancy has occurred by the event would it be identified after around 13 weeks at the time of my scan??. Can I believe that I'm not pregnant or should I take any further steps.I have regular bleeding all the 4 months now.
