had sex on 29 June 2024 after sex I had started heavy bleeding and now 5 days complete bleeding is not stop iam also a pcod patient so between the treatment of that periods is also not come so why bleeding is not stop I also use to reduce bleeding tranexamic acid ip mg 500 5 tablet from yesterday morning to till but it is also not working
