How will bulging and dehydrated discs affect me?

Hi, I just got my results back from a lumbar MRI and it says I have buldging associated with anular tear discs L4 and L5. And deshidrated discs L4 and L5. What does this mean? Will I get better without surgery? Will I ever get back to normal? Will I ever be able to go back to the gym and cycling? Right now I feel tight and Im in pain no matter the position, it's hard to do normal day activities and to walk kinda long distances, I can't lift anything not even light things and can't bend forward. I WILL take the results to the doctor once I get my paycheck but I wanna get a 2nd opinion in the meantime. Thanks

If you have bulging or herniated discs in your lower back, it can cause pain and stiffness. This is usually due to aging, general “wear and tear,” or injury. Hi I am 33 years old weighing 75 kgs approx.I have 3 kids with natural delivery.Since 10 days I am having pain in my left knee which occurs only while bending or climbing up the stairs.I have no problem while standing or doing any heavy related work.Its only at bending time that the pain kicks in.
