What should I do for painful wisdom tooth coming up?

I have a wisdom tooth coming up , my whole teeth hurts , I have pains , what should I do

The pain might also affect your other teeth nearby. Try rinsing your mouth with warm salt water - this can help to reduce the pain and swelling. You may want to take over-the-counter painkillers such as ibuprofen too. If the pain does not go away or gets worse, then it is best if you see a dentist as soon as possible.

I brush daily for 7-10 minutes daily and even I clean my tongue in a proper manner with tongue cleaner daily.. But when I eat something my mouth is smelling very bad immediately..
