Why do I have mild pain in my lower abdomen and a swelling in my private part skin?

Im 32 yeard old male, im having a mild pain in my private part surrounding area which i can say lower lower abdomen area, i had a mild fever 2 days back. Also noticed a swallow in my private part top skin

The mild pain and fever may also be related to an infection. The swelling on the skin is a sign that the skin is inflamed. This type of infection may be the result of bacteria or viruses. To get rid of this, you might have to use antibiotics that are prescribed by a dermatologist. Cleanliness and dryness of the area will facilitate quick healing of the injury.

I have gone through hair transplant surgery 4.5 months ago. I am suffering from Androgenetic Alopecia. As per the doctor, I am taking minoxidil and finastride on daily basis. However, my hair sheds while I apply minoxidil (10-15 hairs shed) and while I wash my head. Please suggest whether this is normal or should I consider any other treatment?

Hair fall is natural. As the lifecycle of hair has different stages.

Telogen and exogen are shedding phases of hair cycle where we lose hair. 15 to 20% hair are shed in these phases, therefore it's natural.
But when you lose more hair than routine, then its a matter of concern. Upto 30 to 40 hair per day is normal. Whatever you lose will grow back according to your hair cycle.
If you are losing thin hair very frequently then it's alarming as well.
After starting minoxidil hair fall increases. But that is normal and you will get those hair back because you are not losing them from the root.

Keep using minoxidil and finasteride it will help you.
