Why am I experiencing postpartum bleeding after sex, along with discharge, slight odor, and thigh rashes?

Ive always had discharge for as long as I can remember and at my 8 week postpartum checkup the doctor checked me but said it wasn’t alarming because it’s not bothering me. I am currently 4 months postpartum and noticed I was getting discharge that had a slight odour and the discharge left rashes between my thighs and it got to the point I couldn’t wear underwear because the discharge would get more and I keep getting rashes. I noticed it getting a little bit better when I stopped wearing underwear the smell was still slightly fishy but not too terrible like before but recently after sexual intercourse I bled a little. Now google says it’s either the C word or some infection. I’m aware I should go doctor right away but I’m just not able to do so , my last two screenings for cervical cancer with my Pap smear came negative it was in 2018 and 2021. What’s the reason I bled?

Postpartum, it is normal to discharge but rashes and odor can prove an infection. Sex-related bleeding is not normal and may indicate a problem. This is why it’s important to go and see a doctor so that they can rule out any serious conditions. Cervical cancer screenings are also significant, but they do not detect all problems. If you are experiencing symptoms, do not waste time before seeing a doctor.

The gastrointestinal tract is the most common site of extranodal involvement for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL),but there is deficit of enough study in such cases therefore the best combination of treatment is subject of discussion. Currently, a combination of surgery followed chemotherapy is considered primarily because the preoperative diagnosis is difficult and risk of complications requiring surgery is quite high during chemotherapy. As per studies surgery plus chemotherapy was associated with a lower rate of relapse than chemotherapy. But the decision should be made by the treating clinician only as he is evaluating the case. I'm asking on behalf of my sister. She is 61 years old. She had breast cancer treatment in 2012, a mastectomy. 2018 she as diagnosed with still disease. She has other pre existing conditions, high blood Pressure, diabetes, thybroids and lupus. She has now been diagnosed with bone cancer. I am Ritu from Nagpur. My father is 64 and he has stomach cancer that has spread throughout his body. He recently had a stent implanted to assist him in eating and swallowing, but he is still refusing to eat since it makes him feel sick. For him, we can't go for surgery and we are worried that he can't take chemo with this present health condition. If he still can't eat and get more week, what are the other options we can go for?

Sir, I am a 30 yrs old Indian Army soldier presently treated in Pune Command Hospital and have stomach cancer. I had gone through Laprotomy operation (found GIST of High Grade in Histopath) on 30 Nov 2018 and post op PET scan revealed certain other tumours in 1 segment of liver, multiple mesentric lymph nodes in Stomach after which I would be on chemotherapy treatment IMATINIB from 3 Jan 2019 for the same. But on 28 Jan 19 there was found Ascities (No Malignancy)for which the next CECT on 4 feb shows the disease progression even after the running drugs. Plz suggest the best treatment with your valuable opinion. Suggest any hospitals in Pune/ Mumbai.

First, evaluate her general condition as well as her disease progression. According to her histopathological report and staging of the disease proper treatment plan has to be made. He is infected of perenial fistula. And for years ,almost 9 surgeries was operated for him. And his colonscopy result before 1 and half year said normal. But now when MRI is taken ,shows some small tumors and may be T4N1MX adenocarcinoma cancer IS created but the other results like colonoscopy says normal , biopsy result says non diagnostic, CT SCAN result says it is better for him to take the test after 6 months, the blood test says normal and other organs like kidney, liver...are all normal. As per my understanding the patient is suffering from pancreatic cancer and now it has metastasized to liver and you want to know about the treatment. It seems the patient id suffering from stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Any cancer stage 4 does not have a good prognosis.

I am 49 years old. It has been a month now I have noticed that I have been experiencing pain and a burning sensation during urinating. I consulted with my gynec and she prescribed vaginal suppositories. Initially I got relief but then again it started. I feel the need to go to the washroom more frequently than usual. I am not diabetic. After all this, I didn't take it seriously. But for the last 2-3 days I had difficulties in holding it. Hi , don’t worry abt cancer and all.I feel it’s a urinary tract infection, get a urine routine microscopy test followed by urine culture and sensitivity.If urine routine report shows pus cells and bacteria then our diagnosis is confirmed. Visit a gynecologist with your reports.
