Why is my neck swollen without pain?

The back of my neck has swollen a lot and I am not feeling any pain at all, so what should I do for it? My name is Hema Maurya and I am 18 years old.

My baby daughter whose age is 2 years and 10 months got some rashes ( without irritation/itching) two weeks back.
