The management of Dermatomyositis involves multiple physicians like general physician, Rheumatologist and dermatologist. It depends on cutaneous and systemic involvement. The treatment for dermatomyositis can be Topical steroids and sunscreen along with system steroids +/- other immunosuppressive drugs for systemic involvement.
