Why is my period late with symptoms at 20?

I am 20 year old women. I didn't get my periods on date. It is delayed after completing 37-38 days. What should I do now. I have stress, mood swings etc. I am facing anger issues due to this. I have abnormal pain,Headache, leg pain etc
