Why is my vaginal discharge smelly during sex?

Aoa. Dr I m 37 years old.i have the problem now a days in relation of husband wife.my husband is out of country after 18 months he came back.issue is that during sex vaginal discharge is smelly.i take medicine trivid and flygle.plz recomend a medicine.
