Aapko jo symptoms mehsoos ho rahe hain, unmein abdominal pain aur na bhook lagna shamil hain. Yeh kuch maamooli masail jaise gas, acidity, ya digestive distress ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Aap paani zyada piyen, halka khana khayen, jaise dal ya khichdi. Stress bhi aise dard ko badha sakta hai, toh relaxation techniques ka istemal karein. Agar dard yahaan tak badh jaata hai ya khud ko theek nahi mehsoos karte, toh gastroenterologist se salah lena zaroori hai.
