Hi my husband was diagnosed with secondary lung cancer. Doctors asked for immunotherapy. Should we consult for a second opinion or is it fine to go with immunotherapy?

It looks like the patient has metastatic lung cancer. There is no information about previous treatment. I would like to know about the details of treatment given so far and histopathology report. We usually give immunotherapy if the tumor is PDL-1 positive.

then decide for targeted therapy or immunotherapy
but if it is 2nd cancer we need to see in details

Hi, my mother has been diagnosed with a suspected case of breast cancer. The initial biopsy and a CT scan has been conducted.The CT scan suggests some lesions in retropectal lymph nodes too. I had pain in my armpit without lumps and even body aches, fatigue, bloating, reduced appetite and breathlessness occasionally.
