Testosterone imbalance cause night fall in girls .cyprodoil tablet balance androgen testosterone harmon.am girl my testosterone zyda ha

Female | 22

Testosterone levels play an essential role in your overall health. Some of the symptoms of hormonal imbalance are anxiety, low energy, and rest disorder. In specific circumstances, the high levels of this hormone cause nocturnal emissions. The equilibrium of hormonal substances in the body is the key to well-being. Androgen levels are regulated by cyproterone acetate, a drug that helps to restore this balance. Always seek medical advice a healthcare provider for a particular diagnosis and decision of the most suitable treatment method. Your medical professional is going to give counseling and advice that are in line with your individual needs to assist you to regain your well-being.

I was diagnosed with Grave's Disease with TSH level almost zero in August 2023. I was prescribed Methimez 15 mg initially, which was gradually reduced to 2.5mg daily. My TSH level is currently 7.9, FT4=0.82, FT3=2.9. Should I still be taking daily methimez 2.5mg or should I fully stop it/reduce it less than 2.5mg daily since TSH level is currently 7.9. History of medical conditions: I was diagnosed with Grave's Disease in August 2023 with TSH level touching zero. Current medication details: I was prescribed Methimez 15mg daily which was gradually reduced and is currently prescribed at 2.5mg on a daily basis. History of medication for the same complaint: None

Male | 41

Graves' Disease affects thyroid function. Your recent TSH test result at 7.9 shows an imbalance. To regulate hormone levels, continue taking Methimazole 2.5mg daily as prescribed. Stopping this medicine on your own risks causing uncontrolled symptoms. These may include rapid heartbeat, weight fluctuations, and fatigue. If you have any worries or questions, be sure to discuss them with your doctor.

I am 30 weeks pregnant with diabetis. I am on 12 unit insulin for lunch and dinner. And 14 unit in the night for next day fasting level. I am not eating anything sweet or rice or potato still my sugar is not in control. I eat only two roti dal and sabji in day and night. In the middle I eat apple and nuts. Only. Can you guide what could be the issue. Should I increase my insulin unit. Sometimes with the same food same unit of insulin it comes normal in range like 110 but most of the time it comes 190. For morning I eat besan or dal chilla or boiled chana.

Female | 33

It is good you are taking care of your diabetes with insulin and good food. But, blood sugar can be hard to control during pregnancy because of hormone changes. Eating two rotis with dal and sabji, plus an apple and nuts is a wise choice. Check your blood sugar at different times to see how your body reacts to food and insulin. You may need to change your insulin doses with your doctor's help.

Hi my vitamin d tests came back as 26.3 Can i take vit d3 60000iu capsule weekly once and till how much time i should continue

Male | 39

You have low vitamin D, only 26.3. That's too little. Low vitamin D causes tiredness, weak muscles, and bone pain. Take 60000 IU vitamin D3 capsules weekly. Do it for 8 to 12 weeks, or how long your doctor says. Get tested again to check if your levels improve. Eat healthy foods and spend some time in the sun to raise vitamin D further.

I am pregnant by 6 months , as my cholesterol level increase , before pregnancy no issue of cholesterol, as I am taking thyroid medicine 50 mg from starting of pregnancy, is it any risk , what should I do ? Or in pregnancy cholesterol level increase as I am pregnant?

Female | 26

It’s normal for their cholesterol levels to go up. Moreover, the thyroid medication you are on may be a contributing factor. Keep track of your cholesterol since it can sometimes be risky. Ensure you eat well and stay physically fit too. You should see a doctor about any worries you might have.
