If I look inside my nose in the mirror with flash on the pink fleshy part is really close together in each nostril. Does this mean enlarged turbinates? And does it go away on its own? I woke up with a blocked nose 2 days ago randomly and my nose has been feeling congested since. If I close my mouth I can’t breathe through my nose. If I blow air out of my nostrils I can only feel it coming out of one nostril and it alternates between each nostril. I was able to breathe normally with my mouth completely closed just 2 days ago.
